Authorized delivery and scaling partnerships for continuity governance deployments in the AI economy.
The HiOS™ Partner Program authorizes qualified individuals, teams, and institutions to deliver HiOS™ continuity governance frameworks under license from Education That Matter IP, LLC. Partners are authorized operators — not general affiliates.
Each tier expands delivery authority, licensing scope, and operational accountability.
Tier I — Individual Partner

- Trademark compliance: mandatory completion and brand enforcement
- Delivery standards: use of licensed toolkits and playbooks only
- Governance reporting: required KPI and compliance reporting for active deployments
- Audit readiness: compliance checks, renewal controls, and revocation rights
- Is Partner status the same as certification? No. Certification validates capability. Partner status is delivery authorization.
- Can Tier III partners authorize sub-partners? Yes — with Education That Matter approval controls and governance requirements.
- Do partners get exclusivity? Exclusivity is optional and negotiated; it may require performance thresholds.
- What happens if a partner violates compliance? Authorization may be suspended or terminated; badge use can be revoked.
